Jason Wu Resort Footwear 2012

In anticipation of Jason Wu's collection for Target (get in line now, ladies, it launches February 5th), ShoesTV has decided to entice our fans with a little sampling of Wu's 2012 Resort Footwear Collection.

Raquel

The line has a very classic uptown lady feel to it. We're talking more formal lunch, less lounge by the cabana styles. Black leather is a staple throughout, with hints of beige canvas, subtle animal print and an occasional pop of the season's oranges, blues and tans. Each style easily translates into spring and summer.....happy hour and office, adding shelf life to the line.

Daphne

Wu's Target collection sadly won't include shoes. It will feature his signature styles for women and a selection of accessories such as scarves and handbags. The collection will be available in-store and online with prices ranging from $19.99 to $59.99.

Izabel

Wu has worked with clients such as RuPaul, Ivanka Trump and Amber Valletta. He made headlines after dressing First Lady Michelle Obama in a floor-length white chiffon gown for the inaugural ball on the night of President Barack Obama's inauguration.

Sigrid

Wu, who is of Vietnamese decent, began his career designing doll's clothing at the age of 16. He then went on to study at Parsons The New School for Design and intern with Narciso Rodríguez.
