Getting a Whiff of Nine West’s 2012 Spring/Summer Collection

We at ShoesTV are pumped to review Nine West’s 2012 Spring/Summer Collection. With sky-high heels and wedges matched with bold colors, we love the new shoes. Yet, the surprise star of the show is the Love Fury fragrance/shoe pairing.
Nine West claims it’s all about “illustrating the parallel synergy of footwear and fragrance as powerful weapons of attraction.” Ooh la la!
Stepping outside their comfort zone, Nine West introduced the Love Fury Eau de Parfum to compliment the Love Fury Pumps. The Love Fury pumps are sexy pointed-toe pumps that come in neon pink, blue patent leather, black leather, black patent leather, and dark natural patent leather. The Love Fury eau de parfum has a floral scent and a bottle cap that mimics the heel of a shoe.

Along with the Love Fury pairing, creative director Fred Allard has released a line of boldly colored (and shaped!) shoes, dresses, and handbags. Allard says the key to his collection is color, and that’s a message we can stand behind. Here are some of the shoes we loved:

Perfect for hot weather, the Paytin comes in turquoise, yellow, and light natural.
You'll never have to say you're sorry. The Lovestory comes in a cherry print fabric.

Sneaker meets wedge with the PS Luvme, which comes in bright yellow, fuschia, black, and white.
